"I was on 76 just outside of Philly and I witnessed this car accident. I let the driver of the blue car record my dash cam with his phone and I gave him and the truck driver my cell. It appears the white car was tailgating, when the car they were tailgating stopped quick and they tried to avoid that car by going into the right lane. Unfortunately their was a big rig in that lane. They hit the rig then went right back and ran into the back of the car they were behind of. I did pull in front of the truck after the truck driver walked behind my car."
