Some drunk dude cut off and side swiped a trucker (who happened to haul the sound equipment Bob Dylan’s tour) then proceeded to pull the 65 year old trucker out of his cab and beats him until a few younger dudes step in. He has multiple charges against him including endangerment, threatening, and assault. Myself and the police officers I spoke with clearly believe he was under the influence of something.
